Laser hair removal
The Soprano ICE Platinum sends three wavelengths down at once, so a single pass reaches the shallow stem cells, the bulb and the blood supply beneath it.
The head never sits still. It sweeps in motion at ten pulses a second, warming the follicle gradually rather than hitting it with one hot shot. That is why it reads as warmth and pressure rather than the rubber-band snap you may remember from older machines.
Electrolysis
A fine probe treats each follicle individually, so it works on any hair colour and any skin tone. Choose what you’d like to treat.

Facial hair is one of the most common reasons women come to us, and electrolysis suits it well because it treats every hair, including the fine and pale ones laser can miss. A fine probe works on each follicle individually, so small areas can be cleared precisely. Most clients come in regularly over a number of months, with sessions getting shorter as the hair reduces.
Coarse or recurring hair linked to hormones, managed with a steady plan.
Hair driven by hormones, including PCOS, tends to be coarser and keeps being prompted to grow, so it usually needs a longer and more consistent plan than other areas. Electrolysis treats each follicle directly and works on any hair colour. We are happy to work alongside your GP or specialist, since managing the underlying hormones often helps treatment go further.
Beard lines, necklines, ears, brows, back and shoulders.
Men come to us for a sharper beard line, a cleaner neckline, stray hair on the ears or between the brows, and for back and shoulder hair. Because every hair is treated individually, electrolysis gives precise control over exactly which hairs go, which makes it ideal for shaping as well as clearing.
The hair laser can’t target. Electrolysis doesn’t rely on colour.
Laser relies on pigment to find the hair, so blonde, grey, white and red hair often won’t respond to it. Electrolysis doesn’t depend on pigment at all: the probe treats the follicle itself, which makes it the go-to method for light and grey hair anywhere on the face or body.
Finishing the stray or stubborn hairs left after a laser course.
Laser clears the bulk of pigmented hair quickly, but a few resistant, fine or light hairs can remain. Electrolysis picks those off one by one, which is why the two work so well together. Many clients use laser for larger areas first, then electrolysis to finish.

No. You can book most treatments directly. A consultation is there if you’re not sure which treatment suits you, and treatments involving prescription-only medicines always begin with one.
Most people describe it as warm and a little prickly rather than painful. The applicator cools the surface of your skin while it works and keeps moving instead of firing one hard pulse in one spot, which is what made older machines sting. Sensitive areas like the upper lip and bikini line are more noticeable than legs.
Usually six to ten for a given area, spaced four to eight weeks apart depending on where it is. Hair only responds while it's in its growing phase and not all of it is growing at once, which is why it takes a course rather than a single visit. Hormonal areas and hormonal conditions like PCOS often need top-ups afterwards.
Recent sunburn is a no, and fake tan needs to be fully off. Beyond that, this machine is safe on tanned skin and can be run year-round, so you don't have to put a course on hold until winter. Sunscreen on treated areas is non-negotiable between sessions.
Laser finds hair by its pigment and clears large areas fast, but it can't see white, grey or very fine blonde hair. Electrolysis treats one follicle at a time with a fine probe and works on any hair colour. Laser is the efficient bulk tool; electrolysis is the finisher.
Shave the area the day before. Don't wax, pluck or thread for four weeks, since the laser needs the root still in place. Come with clean skin, no deodorant or makeup on the area, and skip retinol and strong actives for a few days beforehand.
Yes. Backs, shoulders, chests, necklines and beard shaping are all regular work here.
